User Accounts

- You are responsible for all activities under your account
- You must provide accurate and complete information
- One account per person is allowed
Content Guidelines
Uploaded Music
- You must own or have rights to all uploaded content
- Original compositions are encouraged
- Cover songs must be clearly labeled
- No copyrighted material without proper authorization
- Maximum file size: 20MB per track
Community Content
- Be respectful and constructive in your interactions
- No harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory content
- No spam or excessive self-promotion
- Keep discussions relevant to music and community topics
Intellectual Property
By uploading content to BandAMP, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, distribute, and promote your content on our platform. You retain ownership of your original works.
Users respect the intellectual property rights of others. We will respond to valid DMCA takedown requests in accordance with applicable law.
Community Standards
BandAMP is a community built on mutual respect and collaboration. We expect all users to:
- Provide constructive feedback when reviewing music
- Respect artistic differences and diverse musical styles
- Support fellow community members
- Report violations of these terms
- Participate in good faith
Prohibited Activities
- Uploading malicious files or viruses
- Attempting to hack or disrupt the service
- Creating fake accounts or impersonating others
- Selling or transferring your account
- Using automated tools to access the site
- Engaging in illegal activities
Monthly Battles
- Only original compositions may be entered
- Voting must be fair and unbiased
- No vote manipulation or gaming the system
- Decisions by moderators are final
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Serious violations may result in immediate termination without warning.

BandAMP is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or the accuracy of user-generated content. Use the service at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
BandAMP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the service.
